All my paintings are delivered free to any UK mainland address, within seven working days by professional courier. I have a dedicated packing area and endeavour to make sure all my paintings are delivered in perfect condition. I take great care in packing each painting, using layers of thick packing material and a strong cardboard outer casing, to ensure maximum protection.

Artwork is dispatched through a professional courier service, and includes full insurance. Paintings are collected weekly Monday to Thursday from my studio. Once your order has been processed you will be informed via email of an expected delivery date, along with a unique dispatch number to track your delivery online. The standard delivery days to you are Tuesday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm. Should you have any queries regarding delivery, or require any specific delivery requirements please contact us via email.

Returning Your Art

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your new painting, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will arrange to collect the painting from you. To return your artwork please contact me to arrange a return. Once the artwork is returned and checked, I will issue a full refund. All I ask is that you package the artwork securely for return. It would be very handy if you keep as much as the original packaging as possible to help in returning the painting back to me. Returns can be collected from you Monday to Thursday between 8am - 6pm Sorry but I cannot specify an exact collection time.

Damages During Delivery

A full replacement or refund (this can take up to 30 days) will be made for any painting lost or damaged during transit. If the painting is damaged Please take photographs of the specific damage and notify me within 24 hours with your contact details, telephone number and nature of the damage. We ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
